BCIP/NBT
Liquid ready-to-use substrate is a highly active and stable formulation utilized for colorimetric detection of Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) activity in membrane assays. Positive reactions form an intense blue/purple precipitate at the site of the reaction. The colour develops when AP catalyzes the dephosphorylation of BCIP and converts NBT to insoluble blue/purple NBT formazan. The intense blue/purple precipitate is very stable and resists fading when exposed to light.
TMB Blotting
Is a chromogenic substrate for Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). TMB produces a deep blue colour during the enzymatic degradation of hydrogen peroxide by HRP. TMB Blotting liquid ready-to-use substrate is a highly active and stable blotting substrate utilized for measuring HRP probe activity. A stable blue precipitate is formed at the reaction site. The substrate does not contain NMP (1-methyl-2pyrrolidone) making it REACH Restricted Substances List Annex XVII compliant, while ensuring maximal safety during use, and minimal negative environmental impact.

GenScript SurePAGE Bis-Tris gels are high-performance precast mini polyacrylamide gels that are designed to separate a wide range of protein sizes by electrophoresis. Sure Page gels are cast in a neutral pH buffer that minimise polyacrylamide hydrolysis and increases gel stability. They run at neutral pH which minimises protein modification compared to Tris-glycine gels.

Genscript ToxinSensorTM Chromogenic LAL Endotoxin Assay Kit is designed to be a quantitative In Vitro end-point endotoxin test for human and animal parenteral drugs, biological products, and medical devices. This method utilizes a modified Limulus Amebocyte Lysate and a synthetic colour producing substrate to detect endotoxin chromogenically in a broad range of 0.01 - 1 EU/ml. In addition, any sample with colour (e.g. cell bacterial culture medium, serum or blood etc.) can not be assayed by this kit.
