Yashraj Biotechnology Limited (YBL), India was established in 1999 as a research focused Biotechnology Company and today is a leading manufacturer and supplier of antigens (native and recombinant) and antibodies to some of the leading in vitro diagnostics (IVD) companies and reagent distributors worldwide. Currently, it supplies more than 30 native and 20 recombinant antigens with a purity percentage ranging from 95-99% for applications such as controls, calibrators and immunogens. The native antigens are extracted from diverse human biological fluids such as plasma, serum, ascites, pleural and urine for use as potential biomarkers in IVD and clinical research. Apart from native and recombinant antigens, YBL is also spearheading several projects in hybridoma, stem cell and recombinant antibodies divisions as well. With an emphasis on long term stability and specificity, YBL products are tested on multiple platforms for quality by Immunonephelometry, Immunoturbidimetry, Latex Agglutination, ECLIA and ELISA to ensure batch to batch consistency and by USFDA approved CLIA and PCR for compliance and safety.
