If a product fails to work as stated, 2BScientific's technical support group will first work closely with you to troubleshoot as to why the product did not perform as expected. Products that have been damaged in transit, those that do not meet their defined specifications upon receipt and proper storage, and those for which the troubleshooting process fails will be replaced or credited.
